Kerry is the founder of Listening 2 U Training. She has extensive knowledge of working with a variety of organisations, with over 10 years experience working in the public sector. Kerry has also worked within the NHS, Lincolnshire County Council, alongside the police, MAPPA (Multi-agency public protection arrangement) and Circles (reducing sex offending, working in close partnership with criminal justice agencies). Kerry is a qualified teacher, visiting lecturer at colleges and universities, Accredited Mental Health Counsellor, Supervises other Mental Health Counsellors and a qualified and authorised trainer to deliver Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Listening 2 U was formed in 2012, after Kerry qualified as a mental health counsellor, and has gone from strength to strength serving the community in Lincoln and surrounding areas, nationally and global with mental health support. Kerry received an award; she was awarded a “Global Unsung Hero Award” for her commitment to work in mental health and suicide prevention during the pandemic. Listening 2 U is a multiple award-winning company.
